These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NexLine3d Prints LLC website and the purchase of products and services offered therein. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us NexLine3d Prints LLC is a 3D printing company based in the State of Georgia, United States. We specialize in custom and semi-custom FDM 3D printed products and design services.
2. Eligibility By using this site and placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3. Products & Orders All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed all product descriptions, specifications, and customization details. NexLine3d Prints LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
4. Custom Orders & Design Services For custom print orders, Customers may select one of the following design methods:
- Generative AI Design: Designs created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, included within standard custom print pricing.
- Human Artist Design: Designs created by a professional human artist or designer. This option incurs additional costs above the base print price, reflecting the skill and labor involved. All additional fees will be disclosed and agreed upon by the Customer prior to order confirmation.
NexLine3d Prints LLC will clearly disclose the design method used for every custom order. Custom orders are non-refundable once design work has commenced unless NexLine3d Prints LLC is at fault for an error.
5. Pricing All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Pricing is determined by the per-unit gram of filament used and total machine print time, reflecting material costs and ongoing equipment maintenance expenses. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price the Customer will be charged.
6. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. NexLine3d Prints LLC accepts payment methods as listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize NexLine3d Prints LLC to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. NexLine3d Prints LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the Customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Inspection & Claims Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to NexLine3d Prints LLC within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence where applicable.
9. Returns & Refunds Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or an error was made by NexLine3d Prints LLC. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
10. Intellectual Property All designs, branding, and content on the NexLine3d Prints LLC website are the property of NexLine3d Prints LLC unless otherwise stated. For custom orders using Human Artist Design, the Customer receives a limited license to use the final design for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any design without written consent is prohibited.
11. AI-Generated Content Disclosure NexLine3d Prints LLC may use generative artificial intelligence tools to assist in the creation of custom designs when the Customer selects the Generative AI Design option. Customers will always be informed of this prior to order confirmation. NexLine3d Prints LLC makes no claim of copyright ownership over purely AI-generated designs.
12. Limitation of Liability NexLine3d Prints LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product or service. Our total liability to any Customer shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the order in question.
13. Safety Notice Unless explicitly stated as child-safe, products may contain small parts or sharp edges and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Products are not food-safe unless explicitly labeled as such. Do not expose products to extreme heat unless the listing specifically states heat-resistant properties.
14. Changes to Terms NexLine3d Prints LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Georgia.
