Legal Notice – Product Acceptance & Safety

By purchasing from NexLine3d Prints LLC, you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms regarding product acceptance and safe use:

1. Product Acceptance All products sold by NexLine3d Prints LLC are custom or semi-custom 3D printed items. By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the product description, specifications, and any customization details prior to ordering. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, or dimensions may occur and do not constitute defects.

2. Inspection Upon Receipt Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. NexLine3d Prints LLC reserves the right to request photographic evidence before processing any replacement or refund.

3. Intended Use & Safety All products are intended for their described purpose only. NexLine3d Prints LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any product for uses beyond those described in the product listing. Customers assume full responsibility for any use of products outside their intended purpose.

4. Not for Children Under 14 Unless explicitly stated as child-safe, 3D printed products may contain small parts or sharp edges and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Keep all products out of reach of young children.

5. Material Safety Products are printed using standard FDM filaments (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS). These materials are not food-safe unless explicitly labeled as such. Do not use products in contact with food, beverages, or extreme heat unless the listing specifically states food-safe or heat-resistant properties.

6. Pricing Product pricing is calculated based on the per-unit gram of filament material used and total machine print time. These factors reflect the direct costs of raw materials as well as the ongoing expenses associated with printer operation and maintenance, including but not limited to wear components, hardware upkeep, and equipment longevity. Prices are set to accurately reflect these production costs and are subject to change as material or operational costs fluctuate.

7. Custom Prints & Design Services NexLine3d Prints LLC offers custom print services where Customers may request original or personalized designs. For custom design work, Customers have the option to choose between two design methods:

  • Generative AI Design: Designs produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. This option is included within the standard custom print pricing.

  • Human Artist Design: Designs created by a professional human artist or designer. Customers should be aware that selecting this option will result in additional costs above the standard print price, reflecting the time, skill, and creative labor involved. The additional design fee will be communicated to the Customer prior to order confirmation.

NexLine3d Prints LLC will always clearly disclose which design method was used for any custom order. Customers are encouraged to ask questions about the design process before placing a custom order.

8. Limitation of Liability NexLine3d Prints LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles
