Return & Refund Policy

At NexLine3d Prints LLC, we take pride in the quality of our 3D printed products and services. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final — Custom & Made-to-Order Products Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is printed specifically for the Customer upon order placement, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

2. Eligible Returns & Refunds NexLine3d Prints LLC will accept returns and issue refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong color, wrong dimensions as specified)
  • An error was made by NexLine3d Prints LLC during production or fulfillment

3. Reporting a Claim All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, please contact us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or error

Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

4. Custom Orders & Design Services For orders involving custom design work:

  • Orders using Generative AI Design follow the same return eligibility as standard products outlined in Section 2.
  • Orders using Human Artist Design are non-refundable once design work has commenced, regardless of whether printing has begun. If a production error occurs on NexLine3d Prints LLC's part after design approval, a reprint will be offered at no additional cost.

5. Resolution Options Upon approval of a valid claim, NexLine3d Prints LLC will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: A reprint of the original item at no additional cost
  • Store Credit: Credit applied toward a future order
  • Partial or Full Refund: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

6. Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use
  • Items reported outside the 7-day claim window
  • Custom design fees for Human Artist Design once work has commenced
  • Items marked as final sale

7. Shipping Costs NexLine3d Prints LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. In approved cases where a return shipment is required, NexLine3d Prints LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label.

8. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately. We may require the damaged item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

9. Changes to This Policy NexLine3d Prints LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
